Gastonia, NC is located 19 miles west of Charlotte, NC and is part of the Charlotte Metropolitan area. One of the biggest producers of spun yard in the world, the headquarters of Parkdale Mills, is located in Gastonia. The club plays in the fall (August – November) and spring (Feb – May) seasons. Gastonia’s two roller derby teams are the G*Force (senior team) and Mini*Gs (junior team). Bouts take place at Kate’s Skating Rink on Hudson Blvd.
